A Moment in Poker
I got to see the Dario Minieri Interview, who basically is THE MAN of professional poker world right now. I was just browsing through some online poker web sites when I came across the video in Best Poker Moments, and I thought it is worth watching, and it definitely is! The guy is really amazing because at a very young age, he was able to beat the top players of the game and was able to get his first bracelet in 2008 World Series of Poker in a No-Limit Hold’em Six-handed event, where he beat over a thousand other participants of the said event. He also made a record for himself, earning a total of $528,418, which basically is his highest in his young professional poker playing career. He was able to really make a name for himself, something that I can’t really say for myself since I am not that good of a poker player… Most of the time, I only play against AI and I still lose against them. but still, I play the game because it is actually an intellectual game where you really need to make use a lot of your brain cells to win a game.
